Have you tried the classes at VivaGym Estepona Park? Find your favourite
Some days you arrive at the gym full of energy; on others, you just need to switch off after a never-ending day. Sometimes you feel like focusing on every movement; other times, you simply want to put on some music and get moving.
On our Instagram @esteponapark, we’ve shared a VivaGym post with an idea we love: choosing your class based on how you’re feeling that day. If you’re not sure which one to try, take a look and tell us which option sounds most like you!

When your mind is racing: V-Mind
Messages, unfinished tasks, meetings… If you arrive still thinking about everything you’ve done and everything left to do, the post suggests V-Mind. An invitation to change pace, focus on movement and take some time for yourself without checking your to-do list.
When you’re feeling low: V-Power
Some days, finding the motivation to get started is a challenge. For those days, VivaGym suggests V-Power: an option for anyone who enjoys strength training and the support of a group. Even if you’re not feeling particularly motivated, keep it simple: get started, follow the instructor’s guidance and work at a level that suits you.
When you’re ready to give it your all: Cycling
If you feel like hopping on a bike and focusing on your workout, Cycling is the carousel’s suggestion. A class to enjoy pedalling and work at your own pace. Being ready to push yourself also means adjusting the intensity and listening to your body.

After a stressful day: V-Fight
For those days when you want a change of activity and something different to focus on, the post suggests V-Fight. An option for anyone who enjoys combat-inspired movements and a dynamic workout. Leave the day’s concerns outside the studio and focus on following the class.
After hours of sitting: Dance or Zumba
If you’ve spent much of the day sitting down and feel like moving to music, the suggestion is Dance or Zumba. You don’t need to know every step to give it a try. Allow yourself time to learn, follow the instructor and enjoy doing something different at the end of the day.
Your next class awaits at VivaGym Estepona Park
You can also let curiosity guide you. Trying an activity you’ve never booked before, discovering which format you enjoy most or mixing different sessions can help you find a routine you’ll want to stick with.
Check the timetable and availability at VivaGym Estepona Park and ask the team if you have any questions about an activity. If it’s your first class, let the instructor know so they can guide you.

Today, start with a simple question: what do I feel like doing for myself? Pack your gym bag, choose your class and make time for it in your diary.
